Well farmers don't use up our finite supplies of raw materials in the ground (Well land degradation etc could be said to do this i guess...but it can be recovered eventually). Then theres the fact foriegn investors own basically half of our mining industry. Quite hard to find that level of foriegn ownership in farming.

Not to mention the mining industry already had old state royalties targeting them
But yeah company tax should go to 25% with the RSPT
