pacha's sheep intestinal lining (stomach and intestines basically) filled with rice and meat then stitched up and placed in a big stew of chickpeas and meat (which includes sheep tongue, brain)

may sound disgusting, but it is beautiful

and the freshly squeezed lemons to pour over

3awami, its this round sweet

there dough balls and like you put em in oil and they come out this orange/brown colour .. then you dip it in syrup (atir)

kibbeh nayeh should be served at any lebanese restaurant, zenovia's in leichardt, jasmine's in punchbowl. its an appetizer and pretty universal
