The "modern mullet" as shown in the first picture always looks trashy. Always. I cannot recall ever seeing a single example of a nice one. Also they are usually attached to overly made up fake tanned chain smoking teenage grots, which doesn't help. Or emo kids, which doesn't help either.

I think we all agree that the traditional mullet is just terrifying so no more need be said about it.

i used to have a sweet tegan and sarah kind of mullet with half my head shaved etc etc

when i was 13 or something

ugh I just don't get it

Every time I see a kid with a ratty mullet thing like that I feel a compulsive urge to cut it off and even it up. Kinda like when teachers at school would wipe stuff off the board and leave little bits of chalk/pen behind. AAAARGH

I'm glad I'm not the only person who finds that ridiculously annoying.

Because I'm a teacher and can tease children.
