Voting in the lower house was unimportant as the result was never in question.
In the lower house it was important to make sure the greens could not hold the government to ransom again.
I voted for the Shooters and Fishers Party as they are the only real environmental party who will actually do something while not banning access.
Robert Brown will get back in but the second candidate will miss out due to the fishing party and outdoor recreation party dividing the vote. Without those two parties dividing the vote, and a bit more publicity in Sydney they should get 2 up the next election easily. They got 10.8% of the vote in Murray Darling.

Though something you will find interesting, the Greens copped a lot of flack for that ban when a lot of Marrickville Councillors who are Labor voted for it as well. (Those from the CFMEU and others). So Labor effectively campaigned against Marrickville council for a policy that Labor Left supported.

The Labor Party have been high jacked by the latte sipping - self exalted - elites of our society.
