The primary standard goes into the conical flask via pipette.
The solution of unknown concentration goes into the burette. Or the other way around ?

Most textbooks will have the unknown concentration in the conical flask and known concentration in the burette but it doesn't matter.

When i did my titration prac the unknown concentration went into the conical flask and the known concentration went into the burette.

Strong bases etch glassware which means that in most cases the acid goes into the burette.

Doesn't matter but if your indicator is phenolpthalein, i suggest you put the the acid in the conical flask as colourless to pink is easier to see than the other way around :)

I'd only reinforce what anna and FCB have said. It's your choice when doing a titration, unless you are given guidelines.

It doesn't matter. Generally I put the acid into the burette since some bases like NaOH become cloudy and can lead to human error in measurement.
