Nah. If you look at past MX2 papers in the past few years, circle geo has always been doable.

You get any sort of probability in question 8, e.g. take a look at the 2000 MX2 paper, final question, and its game over for those few marks.

Although I agree with you in that perms and combs on one end can be very easy, and this is reflected in the trend towards easier probability questions in MX2 in recent years (i.e. all of the probability in 2010 MX2 paper).

Polynomials is awesome, (2unit polynomials was gay but 3 and 4 owned), i cant stand circle geometry; just make shit up in the test and hope for the best.

It seems straight forwards until you do the questions, thats when it gets tough.
