Hello, my Yr 11 comrades.

How many hours sleep you are getting now?
What time you usually go to bed?

I found that time is really limited. Do you?

I usually go to sleep at 11PM on school nights. Sometimes at midnight.

I get around 6-8 hours of sleep. It changes as I have early classes sometimes.

I don't find that time is really limited. Maybe you need to try organising your day so you can see where you are wasting time.

Weekends 1 - 3.

Please do not attempt what I am doing. I am sleep deprived during school, hence why Spiral is sick.

Oh Goodness! Haha! Everyone is up late! I go to bed between 9:30-10:00 on a weeknight. And really anytime I feel like on a weekend usually between 11:00-12:00 and in the holidays everything just gets ridiculous! I have been finding, lately though that I have been going to bed a little bit later than 9:30, generally around 10:00-10:30. It all depends on how much I have to get done

Whenever I feel like it on the weekend (normally 1 AM or so)

I sleep as long as I like on the weekend (10 hours or so) and about 7-8 hours weekday. Some days I go sleep deprived because I have lots of hw/assignments and I have a lot of extra curriculars (15 hours).
