As far as I can tell.The bar on the side may be:

But the rest is rainmeter. I'm using a similar combination at the moment.

It looks pretty much blank because:

Objectdock is autohidden up the top

Taskbar is autohidden on the bottom

Google Desktop is autohiiden on the right hand side

It's all just system information, which I got through using rainmeter. The clock and battery icon are also rainmeter.

Rainmeter looks pretty cool. Does it work on mac though? I have Windows 7 on my computer, but I don't really use my computer at all. I mainly just use my macbook

I don't think it does. Someone mentioned something similar earlier ITT IIRC but I'm not sure what it was called.

what about windows 7? Does it work on that?

I'm also thinking of changing my windows xp laptop to ubuntu (if I screw up that laptop I don't really care, it's old anyway).

Yes, it works with Windows 7. That's what mine is.
