I don't know much about computers so don't shoot me!
How did you get the time and date to look like that?
It's a program called rainmeter. It takes a while to get used to using, but it's great.

okay so i downloaded rainmeter, so how do you customize the clock? like i have the default and it looks...simple

You need to install different themes. Then go right click on icon, configs, then pick the theme with the clock you want.
