i got ancient back and was really disappointed got 87% still coming first but really wanted in the 90's oh well hopefully shall do better in the hsc

If my ranks are basically the same overall with pretty similar marks to that ^ would i be able to get around 85 ATAR? I know its hard based on just those marks but generally speaking, what could i expect? I do realise this is the wrong topic too but yea lol.

did 3u cssa today - thought it was much much easier than my trial. hardest question was probably that binomial question in question 6 where you had to show n=6k+2, but that was only cos i was using k as my "kth" term and since there was already a k there it was effing things over, it was super easy once i realised. none of the questions were particularly hard :S like, i didn't get overly stuck or anything... i probably got 82/84 due to sillies. hahaha.

Yeaaah I was ranking second in the class and didn't do as well oh well, there is always the actual HSC!

I got 92/120 for CSSA 2u maths. Is this a good mark considering this was the trials?

yeah man the highest was 80... LOL for standard and yeah normally we get high 80's or 90

pretty harsh markers this time in my school lol

Our markers were HSC level except I think module A was incredibly easy.
Our top for standard was 96% or 101/105 and second was 86% or 89/105.
We usually get a bunch of band 5s and maybe a band 6 sometimes. We'll get one this year.

Really? That seemed incredibly easy to me. The only thing I fucked up for that was that I lost the 2 but went back and found it when I got the wrong answer. 12/12 for q 6.
9/12 for question 2. Lol

How did you think you only got 2 for silly mistakes?!

khfreakau is like top 10 at a school ranked 4 lol so hes pretty damn gun at ext 1 (his rank is even better for ext 2!)

Got ancient and history extension back; first in both with 96% in ancient (23 for Pompeii - lost 2 marks for multiple choice!!, 25 for Minoans, 24 for Xerxes, 24 for Greek World) and 88% in history extension (22 in both essays).

Got economics back today too - 1st with 95%, and second was somewhere in the low 80s

Got my marks back FINALLY. My teachers are slow markers.

English 92/105 (rank 8/74)
Chemistry 72/100 (rank 6/32)
Biology 75/100 (rank 3/42)
Legal 76/100 (10/23)
Economics 61/100 (17/24) Bombed this one hard
Maths 2u 64/100 (don't know ranks). It's okay, 3/4 of the people failed. The only ones who passed were 3u students and like 3 people doing 2 unit. Lols.

I can't say I'm too happy after looking at the marks here. I was extremely surprised with legal; I thought I did quite well. And economics, it makes me depressed. Completely bombed it - I had no idea why, was one of my last subjects. I was probably burnt out - especially after maths and chemistry. I'm happy with chem, it was a really hard test and I was 99% sure i failed.
