I reakon 96-98. I think standard will end up pulling down your ATAR a bit, due to its poor aligning. But your MX1 and MX2 marks should compensate for it.

and it seems to go up every year (Last year it went up by 0.7) 2010 was 96

I'd say your chances are very good. I think UNSW offer bonus points for commerce, you might want to look that up.
