I reakon 99.5 at the absolute bare minimum. At the moment, I'd say there is a strong possibility that you will get 99.95. So my final estimate is 99.95. If you dont mind me asking, what do you want to do at university?

Look, some people do have a passion for law and enjoy it. However, many dislike it intensely and it has a very high drop out rate. If your doing it just because you have the ATAR or because you want money+prestige, then chances are you're going to hate it.
