Reaaaaallly curious, how long are everyone's breaks? Because I take like a two hour break per hour of study. And does anyone feel they need to take a break for a whole day before resuming to study again?

My brain feels like it's exploding

I found that it was very important to take breaks, because after too long the quality of my study began to decrease.

I wasnt very organised with breaks, sometimes I took one every hour, other times every three hours. The length also varied and I never took a full day off when I was studying for the trials or HSC (although I did take 2 full weeks off after the trials). However, breaks depend on the person, if you feel you need a day, you should take a day. I reakon you should take as long as you need to ensure that your study maintains its quality.

15 minutes for every 1 hour, works pretty good. Or what I do was: do an hour of study, play a game of starcraft, study for an hour, play starcraft etc... If I don't feel like studying, I don't.

Every hour I did required about 10-15 minutes break (at least). University is different and all that gets thrown out the window.

Off peak times: sometimes days / weekends / afternoons,

during exam times: It's usually just dinner, shower, sleep, and prob a 1-2 hour break procrastinating, then back to study.

No. But it's somewhere in-between atm (some days I will be productive, other days I do shit all).

Peak time would be like 1-2 weeks before HSC starts until my last exam

23 minutes study, 7 minute reading.

It was a study and sitcom day.

Our school recommends 50mins + 10 mins break => repeat
