Okay, Let me get this straight in brief terms

Ethnocentric - Expats (Expatriates/Home Nationals) Take up management positions at the host country (and train local staff?)
Polycentric- Host country personels take up management positions and train local staff, but host country still remains control of the headquaters/key management positions
Geocentric- Management can be taken up by anyone, irrespective of nationality - "Best person for the job"

Correct me if i'm wrong.

Yes you're right btw!!!!!

Some businesses rely on ethnocentric staffing, where they mainly use home country nationals to staff higher-level foreign positions. This approach is used by businesses operating centralised decision-making processes. Businesses also use ethnocentric staffing when qualified employees are not available locally. So yes they help train/control local stuff also!!

For polycentric it's correct!

For geocentric it's correct!.

Easy way i memorise is EPG

I just realised i did a typo for poly... instead of 'host country remains control' it's the HOME country which remains control of hq/key positions right?
