just get the instructor about 10 hours before your test or something, no point getting one half way through, plus you're in year 11, I'm in uni and only done 80 hours

My parents said they would pay for a lesson during holidays that is the only reason i bother with one

I sent a email to them saying how annoyed I was that the person I had who couldn't speak english, had no idea of the area, refused to help me with what I asked for (reversing), spent most of the lesson driving to find a place and filling in forums and parking 2 blocks away

They called to say the were sorry and tried to sort something out because the driver was bad, and my parents answered and got annoyed that I made a big deal about it.

I personally didn't want a refund or anything, I just couldn't believe they would send someone who had no clue about the area, wouldn't even listen to me when I asked if the lesson could be for reversing or had proper english skills.


My parents don't believe complaining is the right thing to do, but I strongly believe people should complain to an employer/boss if employees are that bad at their job.

you did the right thing no matter what, they probably dont like it because it's too much effort sometimes, but if you're up for it, it's worth it.
