I question his existence, because the bible claims adam and eve were the first humans and were created as such from god. This contrasts to Darwin's evolutionary theory, for which there exists physical evidence (the ancestors of man). Due to this incongruity, it is evident that the bible contradicts reality.

If someone can explain how Darwin's theory of evolution and the biblical canon can coexist, I will be convinced.

Well i would love to justify my beliefs for Christianity if only people here wouldn't mock,laugh and tease me. Also they're use my low intelligence to target me . I find it pretty mature.

I said i am Coptic Orthodox, i dont see how that should become an insult.

Most of my family live in Egypt, and seeing pictures of the religious minority being "squashed"
hurts me.

Im sure any human, regardless of race or religious orientation would find this displeasing?

I followed buddhism -> Atheist for a few years then i finally discovered Christianity this year.

So watch what you say.

What is asserted without evidence can be refuted without evidence. You've made a strong statement of assertion 'There is a god', but have provided no evidence to validate your claims. Furthermore how can you be sure if there is a God that it is your God in particular?

Surely you can see how these claims would be confusing for someone to postulate without any supporting evidence? Why don't we start at square one?

Agnosticism - Impossible to know whether there is or isn't a god.
Atheism - Rejection of god/s.
Irreligion - Don't care if there is or isn't a god.

Anyway, some of the stuff being said here is... interesting. I can appreciate that people want to voice their opinions but is the total shutting down of someone really necessary?

I'm an atheist however and although I find religion to be quit disheartening, I try to listen and understand without being all "lololol god doesn't exist, you're shit".
