Any idea what a 70-72 will align to?

Also, I know this is the wrong place but any idea what 98-100 in extension 2 will align to?

Atleast 95 but I'd expect 96-97 given the difficulty of the test.

I don't think a 70-72 would be 97? I thought it would be closer to 95? Not sure..

yeah, it seems ridiculous that a 72 in mx1 aligns to the same mark as 100 in mx2
a 72 is mx1 is about 1000 times easier

You need to be more clear...

A 72/84 in MX1 gets 95/100 aligned
A 72/120 in MX2 gets about 90 aligned (or something like that)

Sounds about fine to me.

Well, the percentage in MX1 is slightly higher than MX2 with those raw marks. After scaling, they'd be about the same.

for MX1, raw of 72 will get you around 96, but maybe 97 this year. possibly.
for MX2, raw of 100 will get you 96 for sure, could be 97 if they drop the cutoff.
