Daily vitamins are pretty toxic, just eat healthy, and exercise. Increase natural sugar levels and some slow digesting carbs will give you extended energy NATURALLY.

simple-complex carbs are the way to go for long-sustained energy throughout the day

Maybe you could try eating larger meals?

I would advise doing the opposite ^^

Try eating smaller and more regular meals. Eat until you're 70% full and stop. Try to consume complex carbs with your meals (brown rice, brown pasta, wholemeal bread, potatoes, etc)

I would also make sure there isn't an iron deficiency to be honest.

Then again I'm not a doctor lol. But I've been through periods where I've been really lazy and tired (similar to what you're describing) and eating smaller and more regular meals solved it pretty quickly .

^this. Although she already said shes been taking multivitamins, so its pretty unlikely there is iron deficiency

although if that was the case, more meat

I don't think that's enough to rule out an iron deficiency (anaemia)

You'd need to see a doctor

What about sleep? Getting at least 8 hours of continuous sleep every night?

yeah...sleep pattern varies..
a few weeks ago i was sleeping at 2 or 2:30 in the morning and waking up at 6 because i leave the house at 7 to get to uni. i actually didnt feel totally drained out then, its just now...im getting more sleep but i just feel exhausted.

Sounds like a pattern I was doing for a while. Working night shifts then doing early morning classes. Took a long time to get over. Try to have a set sleeping pattern if possible. After a long time of sleep deprivation I got into a pattern of oversleeping and instead of feeling rested it just made me a zombie. Getting out of the house and organising something interesting to do definitely helps when you don't have any motivation for activity. And yes try to push through the difficulty excersizing, even going out for a walk makes all the difference. You'll feel 100% better afterwards. If you continue to have serious problems you may have chronic fatigue. If you have problems getting out of bed, sleeping, don't find enjoyment out of things that normally make you happy, feeling stressed/anxious all the time you might want to discuss these with a doctor.
