Umm, no that's your certificate of completion...?

That refers to the testamur you get for completing the HSC.

It's cause they change every year, I think last year it was something like the 17/18th.

15th/16th just remember it as the wednesday and thursday of that week in december each year.

I think I'm still suffering from post HSC laziness syndrome.

It would of cost you less effort performing a google search, besides I'm pretty sure BOS and the unis have handed out numerous documents outlining all key dates.

9AM. Been 9AM for as long as I can remember (especially last year ).
