If it's anything like the other subs then there are basically explanations of concepts and then questions. Don't take my word for it though.

They give you a booklet to work with, but usually they cover less than half the content.

No, unless you want to keep occupied. We might get "Albert Einstein" again for Physics. Those of you who went earlier this year will know what I mean.
