So which 2012 cohorts are stronger/weaker than their 2011 counterparts? I heard Ruse's 2012 cohort is one of the strongest in years, are there any other schools like that? Also which ones are weaker?
Thanks :)

Apparently their english is realllly bad. But their maths and science is still gun as hell.

My schools 2012 cohort is full of beasts at the top. So hard to compete with them. (but they shall scale me up :p). Kinda sucks as heaps of people have left over the years to go to top selective schools :(

My cohort is better than the 2011 cohort, but not as good as the 2010 cohort.

But saying they are better doesn't mean it's fantastic. I blame the school leaving age being raised :p

My 2011 cohort was the best we experienced. 6 98+ ATARs in school at mid 100's

Asked my friend in Ruse, there are more than average :/
But I heard that Ruse doesn't even offer Business as well as Legal.. Because then basically at their school for 2 unit "humanities" subjects, you can only choose Economics, Modern, Ancient, Geography (if there's ever a class for it..) and Girraween's 2012 cohort is pretty inferior to previous cohorts to say the least.

Girraween has slowly been dropping. I think since our strongest cohort was the year when they introduced the ATAR, and we had 2x 99.95.

I think my year advisor said my cohort is the strongest in comparison to the past few years.

Lol isn't that what all year advisors say to boost the confidence of the students? Apparently people from the year above me were told they were much better than the previous year, except our rank ended up falling one spot.

We're definitely not as strong as some of the previous years, but I wouldn't say we're inferior - I think we can still do better than '11 and we're definitely stronger than '13.
