lunch 3 maccas double cheeseburgers
14 egg whites with 2 whole eggs sandwiches.
4 Banana's with 500mls or high cal. milk
2 up and go's
some three quarter sandwiches and 2 wraps with nice stuff inside
skippy meat salad (Kangaroo)
some cold watermelon
3 serves of protein
I should have clarified. I had swimming training this morning, but I had about a quarter of a bottle of powerade left, so I finished it off along with my breakfast.powerade is the worst. so many girls at the gym like 'heheheh gonna buy a powerade and go on the cross trainer for 60 minutes.' ugh.
i find it only tastes good after doing a significant amount of exercise. but when you drink it any other time it just tastes like water with a slight fruity flavour.I should have clarified. I never EVER drink it by itself without training.
This is because after you do a significant amount of exercise, you will go for anything regardless of taste.i find it only tastes good after doing a significant amount of exercise. but when you drink it any other time it just tastes like water with a slight fruity flavour.
