I don't mind if it gives people some sort of moral guidance (but seriously, most people just figure out these morals themselves with simple social skills).

HOWEVER, when there's crap like 'I don't want to treat my child with Medicine. Jesus will cure them'. This drives me insane.

I cannot wait till the day we discover the origins of the Universe. What arguments can religion pull afterwards?

I too await this day, though religion will always find some hole to crawl into and continue. There are people that are so scientifically illiterate, they wouldn't know that science can explain it all and just continue with their belief.

I await the day when we find life elsewhere, that would destroy religion.
