So I decided it would be wise to start revising maths right now. I KNOW NOTHING! The little I understood last year is totally gone So devos.
And the great thing is, there is an aptitude test for MX1 &/or 2U at my new school and they've threatened if we don't reach a certain percentage it's off to General -.-

May I recommend it is of strong interest to consolidate all Year 10 work especially your algebra skills.

Spiral flex go to the advanced maths section and reply lol, how come on wolframalpha it says the focus is (-1,-23/8) for y=2x^2+4x-1

So I've been told by our negative maths teachers...
first i put in for 2U and they were like " you don't pass, you go to general. It's a very demanding course; did you come top 15 at your previous school ? " And that was without looking at my report or anything. Apparently quadratics occur heaps?

I actually came first haha...maybe second/third? I don't remember haha. Year 11 doesn't count. What matters in Year 11 is that you study consistently while developing some effective study methods and understand the foundations.

Not unless u have to pass something to do a course.
probs won't even make anyone go to general, just a scare tactic. It worked, but not enough to get anyone of us to study
