Here's my assessment task requirements:

Apart from Albert Speer or Hilter (teacher says too much for 1500 words), what's a good historical personality or event from the Weimar Republic era?

Is the 1936 Berlin Olympics or the Great Depression in Germany any good?

The best person I reakon is Friedrich Ebert - he is a polarising figure and there is a lot to discuss about him (i.e. the Ebert-Groener pact, his role in fixing Germanys economy/whether his policies contributed to the great depression etc).

My teacher say Berlin 1936 Olympic Games is good.

I would take the Great depression over the Olympics if possible. However, the olympics isnt too bad.

The 1936 Olympics aren't in the Weimar Period.

The Weimar Period ends in January 1933. Depression, 1923 Ruhr Crisis, 1919 Spartacist Uprising, foreign policy achievements of Stresemann are all good Weimar era events.

I think the OP made a typo there, in the assessment sheet they provided it says from 1918-1939
