how do you take your tea nicola?

if it's tea with milk, i put the tea bag in, put the boiling water in let it steep for 3 minutes (NO DUNKING) then add the milk and remove the tea bag

i find tea goes bitter when the tea bag is dunked.

my faves are english breakfast, russian caravan, this almond tea i found and peppermint

oh lawdy

for breakfast i had a bowl of mueslie
lunch was a meatball sub
and i think dad's making spaghetti for dinner

i will probably snack on some cashews on the train ride to sydney

it's like
i get some white fish, a carrot, a zucchini and an onion.
stir fry it with smoked paprika, heaps of chilli and some turmeric. eat it like that with some natural yoghurt (to make it creamy and make the chilli burn less)
