i switched to concepts of biology and got my new timetable just now and i find out that my first practical is tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
god unis full of surprises.

im assuming i need a lab coat for this. what else do i need and where can i get them?
for cheap too cause im stingy like that.

and anything else i should know? am i going to be lost cause i missed the first few lectures?

you could probably go to elearning, then lectopia if it's recorded

but the first few lectures should be fairly simple anyways

Lab coat and goggles can be bought at a few places. The newsagent in Wentworth sells most things. I'm not sure whether you'll need a dissection kit too. Will probably be fine if you don't have one because you only need one group member to have their kit on them.

and what happens when you go to a prac without these stuff? lol do i get kicked out?

When I did BIOL1001, I never needed goggles nor do I remember purchasing them.

In regards to pricing, you're looking at around $30. Someone may correct me on that.

If you don't have a labcoat, they usually tell you to leave but you can hire one somewhere in Carslaw (They will be able to tell you).
