In a cup, add the eggs, some milk & salt & pepper. Mix/beat with a fork.
Pour mixture into hot frying pan.
Sprinkle cheese over it.
At the end once cooked, put it under the grill also if you so wish.

Beat 4 eggs and a quarter cup of cream (not lite) in a bowl, add 1 roma tomato, finely chopped
sprinkle in a decent amount of cayenne (optional) & black pepper and salt

heat non-stick fry pan for a minute, pour in mixture

sprinkle in ~1/4 cup grated cheese

use a turner (flat spatula with holes in it) to mix cheese in throughly

use turner to continually mix eggs and not let a large area of egg become cooked like an omlete

keep doing this until the egg is completely cook

serve with extra salt and pepper and tomato sauce

I just had a tandoori chicken wrap, and it was absolutely delicious!

It cost ~ $7.50 so not bad.

I intend to get another one if I can, if there are any left.
