Multiple choice is just legendary. Makes life a'lot easier, no need to think or study and still got a chance to get full marks.

Example:
If there are 12 multiple choice questions, what is the probability if when you guess to get all answers correct?

P(All) = (1/4)¹⁰
= 1/1048576

See, out of all the outcomes "1048576" you still got "1" way to get it all correct.

No it doesn't. Realise is clearly very good at maths, judging by this post and many others i have seen, but not everyone can and is supposed to be able to do them in their head. I mean it was a good estimate by him, but could he have done it to four significant figures in his head?

Can you estimate it to one decimal place?

I could do 4 sig figs on paper in a min or so.

Possibly in my head if I tried hard enough.

I worked out your question in like 30 secs, if I tried for longer it would be more accurate.
