Wrist is pretty sore (1 Viewer)

I suggest you minimise any wrist movement. And yes, that includes typing, so get off BOS. If you think you jarred it, get a heat pack or use Voltaren if that doesn't ease the pain. Or you could try bandaging your wrist to prevent too much strenuous movement. So just take it easy for a while.

Guys, guys, guys - I just realised why powlmao has a sore wrist.

I wasn't sure why until I looked at the date.

Clearly, the culprit is:

Yes, it should. You could also pour hot water into a regular cup and let it sit until the cup becomes warm enough. Then pour out the water and hold the cup against the affected area.

Just apply the affected area with heat constantly and tommorow it should be feeling a lot better.
