Just wondering what the lowest uni course is (atar related)

I'm presuming it's from UWS but feel free you contribute to your own unis course(s).

You're a bit silly. ATAR cut offs are not indicative of performance, rather it tells of demand for a particular course at uni.
Low atar = low demand = insinuating that uws is lesser that other uni's .
The point is that there are universities which are worse ( and therefore get less admit ions) than uws .

Not really, Notre Dame has very low cutoffs but I dont consider it to be an inferior institution. I actually think the quality of education there is quite high and comparable to the "Top" unis.

I would not recommend advancing to University if you get around 50-60 ATAR (Even lower), unless you're really serious about it and got the passion for it. University is much more rigorous and will be more painful than the HSC.

But leaving that aside, you can get into some basic UWS courses such as Diplomas or Foundation Studies with around the 50's to 60's ATAR range, as you can receive up 15 bonus points (Area bonus point and also Subject if you receive band 5-6).

You can also try many universities which offer fabulous courses at lower ATAR points such as Notre Dame, Australian Catholic University, University of new England and different Foundation Studies courses where you would eventually move into a bachelor degree at many universities. For example, Macq uni has a program called SIBT which requires around 67-68 ATAR and allows a student to advance to Second year bachelor courses such as Commerce and Arts if they get the sufficient GPA. Universities know that the HSC is not as important and are always offering many entry pathways and also second chances. But yeah I would highly recommend the SIBT program.

I know some schools such as ICMS which offer fabulous business, accounting, hospital and tourism degrees with no ATAR requirement.

Factors such as Location, HECS fee and uni fees, transportation, social ambience and also depends on faculty. I heard UWS has a good reputation for its health and Medical courses, also remember UWS is a fairly new school.

UWS is a fabulous school, it's too underrated and trash talked by many little high school kids who know very little about University.
hmm my friends studying b.bus seem to hate uws.
