May seem typical but

Clearer notes, summarising more than just copying down word for word off of slides in class lol
Studying about 2 hours everyday including homework from start
Much more effort on assignments (each one is going to affect your ATAR)
Improve handwriting (a kind of must, write slower!)

Can't believe how close year 12 is, the final year!

Goals for HSC:

Have clear, concise and awome notes ( in note books where i will write each dot point and te things i need 2 know then when i get extra info i just stick it in so it flaps and i can read it all)
about 5 hours a day on study a week
Every assignment i get aim for 100 % ( esp English)
Get 98 atar+++++ PLEASE GOD.

Have been pretty consistent this year and haven't descended into apathy too many times.

What i intend to do next year:
- Utilise my teachers more for drafting and practice essays, repeatedly
- Write notes consistently every week for content subjects: Modern & Legal
- Write practice essays/paragraphs every week, mastering the application of info.
- Stop being neurotic about attempting to differentiate myself and arguments in essay writing, it only leads to stress and procrastination
- Stop weekend procrastination

Intent on fulfilling my ambition

Well, I plan to:
- Get more sleep due to early starts
- Study will be an every day thing and not an every test thing....
- Study at the library with friends (Get my P's so I can go to the library whenever I want xD)
- Do homework the night it's given
- Start assignments way more earlier then the day before it's due
- Put a lot more effort into assignments and listening in English
- Exercise 2-4 times a week
- Procrastination will be thrown in the bin
- Beat all my friends in tests and hopefully get to the top ranks somehow......

I agree with this guy. You can say this all you want, but not procrastinating requires a slow change (not something you can generally do overnight). Want proof? Look at all the Year 12's on this forum :p
