A breakdown for those that don't know what's going on.

It's a derivative of the drama game Grandma's Green Undies, in which you ask someone a question and they have to answer with 'Grandma's Green Undies' without smiling/laughing/etc. And if they do, they fail.

Turns into 'Honey, if you love me, please give me a smile' to which you have to reply 'Honey, I love you, but I just can't smile'.

Grown up version has the failure take a shot, which consequently leads to a stronger likelihood of them smiling/laughing the next time.
