I don't know why everyone's saying the cutoff is 70ish - it's less than that in 3U so it'd make no sense for 4U to be higher. Also: see raw marks database thread.

But from a few responses, there seem to be those that who over estimated themselves, which makes me believe that I am the next victim. So could people please tell me what score they think is needed for an E4. And please no bullshit like 80 or something LOL. Personally, I believed I scored in the 60s. Max is in the 70s.

I honestly feel that they left out too much mechanics, I means seriously, NO circular motion AT ALL? it is such a big topic, and i feel would be a good indication of the better students. plus it was such a big part of previous HSC papers, i don't think it was fair to have one resisted motion question and an easy MC.

Ye I reckon the E4 cutoff should be lower.... in the low to mid 60s generally (percentage wise)...a guy from my school did his HSC last yr and got 80/120 raw (thats like 67 percent) and that got aligned to 92
