I have asian parents and my semester exams are at week 6(1 month from now). They are telling me to study now for like +4 hours a day, taking my laptop in the process

I think this is a overeaction! When do you study for a semester exam? Or is everyone studing now?

I think it's a bit of an overreaction, however what do you expect from Asian parents.

I rebelled in year 10, then they gave up on me. Then I do well in year 11/12 and hope is restored.

Haha, you're in Year 10. I studied like the night before tests and got good scores. You don't really need to study that much in Year 10! Save it for year 11 and up!

If your parents take your laptop away from you then just buy one, you're loaded with cash, and if that fails go to an internet cafe, you're going to waste you time and burn out LOL,
also play some LoL it tends to help relieve stress
