They weren't that bad? I had trouble with around 4 of them, i'm glad there wasn't much motors because that usually stuffs me up.

But shouldn't it have the lowest energy gap to be efficient ?
nope it should have the gap that corresponds to the predominant energy of the light. still not sure if my answer is correct though. anyone have confirmation?

10 i put D, i assumed it was the wrong way around the ratio was 10:1

Yep I got 20 = B.

Changed wavelenth to frequency and used E = hf, changed to eV.

I had 5c. Gallium is group III. What'd you guys think of 6. I initially had C, but changed it to A; due to the fact it changed from -1 to -2, so why do the field lines double as well?

And yeh I had 20 b as well.

I am not sure about 17, 18 :L
5 is gallium since it needs to have 3 electrons (group 3), phosphorus is group 5.

4? 4 IS A LOT!!!!
Multiple choice was the hardest section for me...

5 is c gallium and for 6 im not sure but i put d for 8 its a and 10 is d 11 is b 14 is d and for 16 im no sure but i put a 17 is b 18 is c and 20 im not sure but put b
