B) waiting for your offer letter to come in which will have it on it.

Sorry, but I'm not sure how else you're going to get it! Try going through Identity Manager again? If not, then there's not much you can do!

yeah that's what i did. put in my student number (so i can remember) with one less digit as well as the uac number just in case

so you mean the first 6 digits of your student number, so not the uac one with the 1 in front?
eg if my student no was 24667892 i would put z2466789 with the password i created before (uni pass) in this site?

yeah i did, then i never saw my unsw id, is that when you find out? and now it wont let me log in there again ((

WHATTTTT?!?! i thought they told u your user id after u submit the idm so u can sign in and do whatever.. that's what happened to me..
