airline breakfast: "omelet", bacon, croissant, fruit + yoghurt
Mushroom and chicken rice porridge
Green tea
Custard doughnut + coffee

today i had
3 fish oil (will have 6 more)
calcium + mag + zinc tablet
2 protein shakes
2 homemade bran muffins
8 lychees
brown rice + a boiled egg + a boiled egg white + heaps of veges (snow peas, capsicum, carrot)
will have more rice etc for dinner and another protein shake post w/o but probably not a whole serve because too much brotein

7 cups of tea

Been there. The first day we got there we went to the summer palace and it was like -5 not taking in to account wcf

i felt nauseous it was so cold

an internship

and i have a vpn so at least that's not something I have to worry about

unlike freezing to death, almost dying every time you have to cross the road, not having anywhere half-decent to poop, having no food because the person who is supposed to be your host and looking after you actually can't speak English and has no food for you and instead spends every waking hour (which isn't many) playing an online video game

seaweed salad (so low in calories but the sodium content is deathly)
oh man i love seaweed salad so good 5 stars


i've actually been eating the exact same thing everyday

today i will eat

b: protein shake, bran muffin, 3 lychees
s: lychees, protein shake
l: brown rice, red and green capsicum, tofu, low sodium soy sauce
s: bran muffin

dinner is brown rice and tofu and veges again
going to see anna karenina tonight so a choc top is inevitable.

8:00pm dinner: 2 pieces wholemeal bread, 4 eggs (only 2 yolks) scrambled with some tomato sauce

gonna go gym soon (rip have to walk there it is like a zillion degrees)
