I just came back here to ask that same exact question! On a week-by week breakdown of the timetable I still can't find the clash.

It's fine.
The first few weeks of ENGG1000 have a 2 hour timeslot.
When that becomes the three hour timeslot, because you have all weeks selected or something, it clashes with the original time. (or something along those lines)
Basically it is clashing with itself.
