why do you want to change? the flexibility of b eco smashes b comm. i think you can transfer after first semester. read up on it on the usyd website

im not really a fan of arts faculty, and the business school offers a few internships that aren't available in arts faculty...
but i agree, b eco is really flexible

fair enough. maybe try asking one of the lecturers or go to like an info centre at usyd (or something alike) on your first few days or even during o-week and ask them when you can transfer
