rebecass welsh just finished her Phd in something. My friend had her last year and enjoyed her class. Teaching wise not sure. The others I don't know sorry.

Huggins is alright. She makes powerpoints for her class so it's probably easier for you to follow.

Collin Fong is alright for tutorial. The tutorial for LAWS1052 can be boring cause you are just learning how to research. Although you might bludge, I wouldn't recommend it.
