Thus far I have police discretion of arrest, investigation, granting bail, fines/cautions.
DPP role in dismissing the case based on whether there is sufficient evidence
What would I write about in terms of the judicial process?

What would I write about in terms of the judicial process?
Judicial discretion involves judges deciding on punishments during the sentencing process. They use their discretion during sentencing to impose punishments that they find appropriate to a specific crime. E.g Judge hands down a community service order instead of conviction on minor burglary.
