So the choices are either chemistry, biology or business studies.

atm i feel like i want to drop chemistry because im doing really bad at it (can barely do the equations etc) and my marks for chem reinforces that point but im not sure if im not suited for it or im not studying hard enough. biology and business on the other hand is really easy mainly because i find memorizing chunks of content to be quite easy for me.
what can i expect for the hsc course for these subjects? (do they get more interesting and harder?)

I know exactly how you feel about Chem, in my case I can't drop it because I had 14 units before (due to being accelerated in one subject and doing the HSC for it last year) and it's really hard for me, though I think I'm finally getting the hang of it after a good long study session with the help of my parents. But if I was in your position of being able to drop one subject, it'd be Chem for sure.

atm i have 14 units and if i wanted to i could drop 2 of the 3 subjects listed but then i wanna do 12 just to be on the safer side. as much as i would love to drop chem, i'd still want to give it one more term b4 i rage quit.

random points about the teachers in each subject:
chemistry- smart but boring teacher, can't keep the class quiet (in this subject i dont really study therefore idk anything but i'll study harder and see how it goes)
biology- can't teach, biggest retard out, not sure how he passed his teaching course w/e it is, too lazy to make a test/too cheap to buy a test so he leeches it from a textbook.
business studies- good teacher in general, very strict with homework and i actually learn stuff

with biology and business studies, i grind on notes+textbooks a few nights b4 an assessment/exam and it seems to be working.

I think if I were you I'd give it Chem one more term before you drop it. I think you should dedicate more time towards Chem before the assessments week and then see how you go. You also can't rule out the fact that it has the best scaling out of all of them.
