Does anyone else have to do SOR as a mandatory subject?
Fuck, yes.. :cry:

On a side note, what is it like going to a selective school? Is your study routine relatively ordinary? How good are you at managing your time?

You have to give it to him though, he played the hell out of his role in 21 Jump St
and its one of the funniest movies I've ever seen

Such a good movie, I don't know how she managed it but my legal teacher managed to get permission to play it in our last double of last term as 'part of the course'.

Bleh, do you have to do well in Year 11 to do well in Year 12?

I honestly thought I would enjoy Year 11. I was glad to get away from all the boring stuff we would learn in Year 7 to 10. I thought that by Year 11 we would get into the interesting stuff. But nope, it feels exactly the same as Year 10 except + heavier workload. I dunno, for me to actually sit down and study properly, I need to be more motivated and interested in what I'm learning. My study habits as a result of this have remained the same. I'm still a big procrastinator (but I don't have the heart to take all nighters lol) and I literally never do my homework. It's bad, I know. I'm getting a little anxious especially whenever we get lectured, "You're in Year 11 now! You should be doing 3 hours of study a day! Bla bla bla,"

Any advice to improve study habits? ; n ;

(But still, it's not like I'm doing horribly in my classes. I'm in the top 10 ranks for at least half of my subjects. But my year is rather small, so....)

Well first of all, what is your aim for your HSC/future.

Sounds exactly like me...

My story is exactly like what Sulren posted above ^_^. I don't have any motivation to study. No aim for my HSC. I have no freakin' idea what I want to do in the future. *o*
