I-am-dying
Smart.

Ha, you want to do accounting? An accountant and an investment banker make the same amount of money.

Risk-averse? IB is for you.

What's life like in the shoes of a lawyer?

You're not going to be the next David Gonski. Just because I'm good at computer programming, doesn't mean I'm going to be Mark Zuckerberg.

Her parents ask her, why would you quit a job that you make 250k a year from, just by showing up to work? Beautiful.

That guy was a noob, "bro i saw it on seek.com salary."

Do you like boring and tedious work? Sounds like you were born to do law.

It's funny that you're complaining over 70K. What's 70k to me? Peanuts. I bought an engagement ring for 104k.

Law. That's a pretty demanding list of attributes for a job that offers you a lifetime of boredom and all-round-averageness.

update: currently chilling, thinking about how I'm going to suddenly develop a deep interest for the subjects I'm doing so I don't get too bored attempting to revise 10 - 14 hrs each day next week for 2 weeks

A good result/atar alone is not enough to motivate me lol

Most students don't find a deep interest in their subjects anyway.

Taking a break and stepping away from your studies once in awhile can be quite useful as it allows you to build up more motivation.

That's true. I've been procrastinating a bit recently, hence 75% 2unit math test result. My friend got 80% and we made a bet on it and I lost and had to pay him today. We're doubling down next exam though, which is the trials. Gotta recover them losses

My holidays just kicked off, gotta knuckle down and start studying instead of procrastinating on BOS
