When were the last changes to the maths extension 1 syllabus? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,
I have been doing past papers recently and I was wondering when were the last changes to the maths ext 1 syllabus? I'm asking because I want to only do past papers after the significant syllabus changes.
The only syllabus changes I know are the addition of multiple choice and the removal of sums->products/products-> sums , if i recall correctly.

1984 was the year circle geometry replaced 3-D coordinate geometry. The course has been unchanged since then.
