Re: The Official Football Thread

i'm just bloody happy for schwarzer, he signed with chelsea today
My mate is a Chelsea fan, I'm an Arsenal fan, I'm not happy that we didn't sign him a few years ago! My mate was rubbing it in (yesterday) morning.

Re: The Official A-League Thread.

By 2015 WSW will have more than 24000 members. Depending on how they go in Asia.

Fellaini to Man Utd would probably be back on once they lose out on Fab. Dunno what theyre thinking trying to sign him. Give it up

Newcastle still haven't signed anyone.

Why even bother, honestly?

We're a godawful club.

Chelsea.

Also, it's been reported that Real Madrid have offered £105m for Bale.

Arsenal still haven't signed anyone [that's worth more than nothing, ie Yaya Sanogo]

Why even bother, honestly?

Should never have let Higuain get away. BAD CHOICE ARSENAL! Would have paid 30 mil for him.

In all honesty, Arsenal is in a different league (no pun intended) compared to Newcastle.

I have no sympathy.

Saylor gets caught out of position way too much. Gutierrez is just cack. He shouldn't be anywhere near our first team.

To be fair, our squad is weaker than last season considering we've sold quite a few players and only brought Remy in.

Re: The Official Football Thread

the title is obviously going to be between City, Chelsea and United. Currently City are my favourites, but if United sign someone like Ozil, Fellaini, Modric or Ronaldo (im dreaming here) United will definitely be favourites. United vs Chelsea next tuesday morning will be an interesting affar, Chelsea didnt really impress me in the first round and United did well to hammer Swansea at home but yeah, it will be interesting. Also if United get through their next 4 games relatively unscathed (against Chelsea, Liverpool, Palace and City), we will be in a great position for the rest of the season. GGMU
