What atar can I get, with these current ranks:

SOR 1U: 20/46
Chemistry: 7/16
Biology: 14/45
Maths 2u: 4/15
Maths Ext 1: 5/7
English Advanced: 40/50

I have my Trials next week, what subject would I need to improve more. I have lost all my hope, I want to study medicine, am doing the Umat this year, with these ranks would I need get a 93+ Atar.

please any suggestion, study tips/help would be appreciated.
