I usually get about 6 hours of sleep on a school night, but some days i just feel like shit when i get home.
What about you guys?

Depends on the time of the year. On average i would say 4-6, although during assignment periods when i'm unprepared it's more like 2-5.

7-8 during normal school. 5-6 during exam/assignment periods. I love sleep.

Around 5-6 hours (but I usually add to that amount by sleeping on the bus to school or when going back home).

Sometimes, when I'm just physically dead - I just sleep for like 10 or 11 hours - at times sleeping from the afternoon to the next day.

But yeah, heaps of sleep debt gathered - sleep deprived since Year 11.

Rarely do I ever get the needed amount of 8 hours or above.

School: 6- 7 hrs (was 9 last year)
Weekends: 8-9 hrs

4 hours a day only during trial period,

Normallu school day: 10 hours a day

Weekend: 15 hours per day

About 6, if an assignment needed to be done <3. Weekends about 7-8.

One of my female friends is finishing up her major work today

Her and I have a competition to see who can stay up the latest

Previously it was me at 2am... last night she hit 4am

Weekdays: 6 hours (11:30 - 5:30) however usually 5ish hours. I would get much more if I don't have to wake up so early for travel.

Weekends: 6-7 hours, except Friday night is probably like 8 hours.

my brother internal khomed bias. get 22/22 rank but he put heading down and work for external and u no his mark?? 96 combination of internal as well! he say sleep less for high resulting !
