My friends have told me that early offers reduce the ATAR requirement for courses, is this true? I'm not sure what early offers do

Yeah they go with last years cut off so this year might be higher or lower depending on the demand. If you really want to do the course then go for it.

Doesn't UWS give out like 15 bonus points (includes 5 points by subjects and 10 by choosing it as your 1st preference)? Back in the days, I remember they sent like a letter to everyone and it mentioned something like that.
